Red mites and northern fowl mites pose serious threats to poultry health, causing stress, reduced egg production, and potential disease transmission. These parasites feed on chicken blood during nighttime hours and hide in coop crevices during the day.
Our chicken mite treatment collection features veterinary-approved products designed to eliminate mite infestations and prevent reinfestation. These treatments target common poultry mites including Dermanyssus gallinae (red mites) and Ornithonyssus sylviarum (northern fowl mites).
Effective mite control requires both direct treatment of affected birds and thorough coop sanitation. Products in this collection work through contact action and residual protection to break the mite life cycle.
Signs of mite infestation include restless behavior at night, reduced egg laying, pale combs and wattles, and visible mites on roosting areas. Early treatment prevents severe infestations that can lead to anemia and mortality in severe cases.
Thank you! Beautiful, healthy babies; great customer service. All are home safe& in excellent condition!
Fast shipping got 5 healthy Black Astrolorps chicks to add to our flock!
They’re cute and it’s fun seeing them engage in their natural behaviors. We ordered six and got four. They haven’t laid yet, probably just need a little more time to settle.
They arrived with no issues and have developed into a happy little brood!

The chicks were delivered on time and healthy.
I cant say enough good about this company! Packing, communications, everything was so easy and amazing. All communications were quick and friendly.
My peeps arrived on the early end of the scheduled window (hurrah!) and we’re heading into week three and every chick is looking good. My black sexlink chick is growing a tiny bit ahead of my barred rocks.
My first silkie in my flock of 10. I named her lemon and she is so sweet and adorable. Whenever I pick her up, she just snuggles up. I am very happy with all the chicks that I’ve gotten so far.
All of the quail arrived healthy. Some were missing some back feathers when they arrived. I suppose they got bored on their journey.
They are still doing well 1.5 weeks later.
The only thing I didn’t like was that they shipped 1 week before the shipping date I selected. Also, it would be nice to know the hatch date.
