Blue Bresse Chickens - Juveniles & Adults
Blue Bresse Chickens or American Blue Bresse Chickens are stunningly beautiful chickens. The quality we aim to produce the similar sizes and meet similar standards to that of the White Bresse. Our goal is for 6 pound roosters and 5 pound hens. Currently we are seeing about 6 pound roosters and less than 5 pound hens in about 50% of our grow outs. We are working toward a consistent size and eventually growing the size to meet closer to the White Bresse standard. We strive to retain the black feathers (no leakage), red full combs and blue steel legs they are known for. We are one of very few farms lucky to be a home for American Blue Bresse Chickens. We aim to produce consistent size with every chick that is produced so you have the best tasting chicken, lots of eggs and a beautiful flock.
