Complete Chicken Processing Kit - End To End Poultry Solution

This chicken processing kit is perfect for someone who wants to provide a sustainable solution for their family at home. Our all-in-one poultry processing kit provides everything you need to incubate, brood, breed, and process your flock. Feeders, waterers, and coop sold separately.

Getting Started

Step 1: Incubation (Day 1 - Hatch Day)
Begin with the CT180 SH Egg Incubator (Setter & Hatcher) — a powerful chicken incubator kit capable of holding up to 180 chicken eggs. It offers automatic temperature and humidity control for improved hatch rates. The integrated hatching compartment allows chicks to safely hatch without temperature drops, ensuring stable conditions for your flock's early development.

Step 2: Brooding (First 6 weeks of life)
After hatching, move your chicks to the Chick Brooder - 4 Layer system. This multi-level chicken brooder kit offers ample space for chicks to grow while staying warm and comfortable. The thermostat-regulated heating system ensures stable temperatures, and each layer includes feeders, drinkers, and removable manure trays to maintain hygiene with minimal effort.

Step 3: Grow-Out Phase (Weeks 6–12)
Once your birds have matured beyond the brooding stage, transfer them to the Grow Out Pen - 4 Layer system. These ventilated pens provide ample space for your growing flock. Each layer includes a removable manure tray for simplified cleanup, ensuring a clean and organized environment for your developing birds.

Step 4: Egg Production (After 12 weeks of life)
When your hens reach maturity, the Roll Out Nesting Box ensures clean, crack-free egg collection. Its sloped floor gently rolls freshly laid eggs into a protected collection area, reducing contamination risks. This design keeps eggs clean while minimizing disturbances to your laying hens.

Step 5: Processing (Harvesting Mature Birds)
For humane and efficient processing, this chicken processing equipment kit includes the Chicken Killing Unit - 3 Cone and the chicken plucker - Large. The killing unit securely holds birds during processing, ensuring a calm and controlled environment. Afterward, the powerful chicken plucker removes feathers from 3–4 chickens in minutes, saving you time and reducing labor. It's the ideal chicken plucker kit for backyard farmers and small homesteads.

Why Plastic Construction?

Our patented PP Plastic (Polypropylene) COMFORTPLAST® system offers exceptional durability, hygiene, and ease of maintenance. The smooth, non-porous surface minimizes bacteria buildup, improving hygiene and reducing odors.

✅ Power-Washable Design — Ensures quick cleaning and improved hygiene
✅ Rust-Proof Construction — Long-lasting and designed for year-round use

Do you offer local pickup?

We offer scheduled local pickup for pullets and adult hens in Arizona through meetups in cities like Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Globe, Waddell, and Tucson. We do not operate a walk-in retail store or farm tours. Baby chicks, hatching eggs and quail are raised at our Texas location and ship by mail.

What time of year can you ship baby chicks?

Because we ship from Texas rather than directly out of Arizona's hottest months, we can offer baby chicks most of the year with adjustments around extreme heat or cold. Peak chick season fills early, so it's smart to reserve your ship window in advance for the breeds you want even though we do have off-season availability.

Where are you located?

The Arizona location is near Globe, AZ, though we do not operate a store. It is our home and farm. The Arizona location manages our seasonally grown hen orders. The Texas farm is located near Tyler, TX. The Texas location manages our breeders, baby chicks and quail. We ship year round from our Texas farm supporting families around the US.
