Las gallinas Olive Eggers son gallinas híbridas que suelen poner distintos tonos de de color oliva Huevos. Se crean cruzando una ponedora de huevos de color marrón oscuro con una ponedora de huevos de color azul. Un cruce común es Creme Crested Legbar con Black Copper Maran para crear huevos de color oliva. Tenemos 2 cruces diferentes en nuestros rebaños, lo que significa hermosos colores de huevos y gallinas.
Nuestras gallinas ponedoras Olive Eggers pueden ser negras, azules, blancas o de color ardilla y pondrán huevos de distintos tonos de oliva con posibles motas y abundantes floraciones. Con cada generación que pase, los huevos de color oliva serán más oscuros, lo que aumenta el riesgo de que las crías pongan huevos marrones. Los pollitos que reciba serán de nuestras generaciones F1 a F7.
También hay unas pocas con distintos grados de fibro o fibromelanismo en algunas de nuestras manadas de Olive Egger. Las Olive Egger con fibro pueden dar pollos de color azul (lavanda) o azul, según el cruce que se reciba.

Do you offer local pickup?
We offer scheduled local pickup for pullets and adult hens in Arizona through meetups in cities like Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Globe, Waddell, and Tucson. We do not operate a walk-in retail store or farm tours. Baby chicks, hatching eggs and quail are raised at our Texas location and ship by mail.
What time of year can you ship baby chicks?
Because we ship from Texas rather than directly out of Arizona's hottest months, we can offer baby chicks most of the year with adjustments around extreme heat or cold. Peak chick season fills early, so it's smart to reserve your ship window in advance for the breeds you want even though we do have off-season availability.
Where are you located?
The Arizona location is near Globe, AZ, though we do not operate a store. It is our home and farm. The Arizona location manages our seasonally grown hen orders. The Texas farm is located near Tyler, TX. The Texas location manages our breeders, baby chicks and quail. We ship year round from our Texas farm supporting families around the US.
