Ginger Coturnix quail hatching eggs offer new and experienced keepers alike an attractive, hardy, and beginner‑friendly quail known for its warm golden‑brown feathering, calm disposition, and consistent performance. These birds are a classic Coturnix variety — practical for backyard flocks, small farms, school projects, and homesteaders who want easy‑to‑raise quail with personality and productivity.
Distinctive Feathering: Adult Ginger Coturnix display warm, golden‑brown and buff tones with soft patterning that gives them a visibly pleasant and uniform appearance. Their plumage isn’t just pretty — it reflects a robust underlying health and vigor common to well‑bred quail lines.
Size & Growth: Coturnix quail are compact yet hardy birds. They hatch in about 17–18 days, grow quickly, and reach reproductive age early — often beginning to lay eggs around 6–8 weeks.
Egg Production: Ginger Coturnix are reliable layers, producing a steady stream of small, flavorful eggs that are excellent for family use or home egg supply.
Temperament: These birds are calm, easy to handle, and well‑suited to a variety of setups — from indoor cages and hobby pens to backyard runs and small aviaries.
Adaptability: Coturnix quail are some of the most adaptable quail breeds, thriving in hot or cool climates with basic care and a comfortable living space.

We offer scheduled local pickup for pullets and adult hens in Arizona through meetups in cities like Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Globe, Waddell, and Tucson. We do not operate a walk-in retail store or farm tours. Baby chicks, hatching eggs and quail are raised at our Texas location and ship by mail.
Because we ship from Texas rather than directly out of Arizona's hottest months, we can offer baby chicks most of the year with adjustments around extreme heat or cold. Peak chick season fills early, so it's smart to reserve your ship window in advance for the breeds you want even though we do have off-season availability.
The Arizona location is near Globe, AZ, though we do not operate a store. It is our home and farm. The Arizona location manages our seasonally grown hen orders. The Texas farm is located near Tyler, TX. The Texas location manages our breeders, baby chicks and quail. We ship year round from our Texas farm supporting families around the US.
