This product is amazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Add rare beauty and consistent performance to your flock with these Red Range Coturnix Quail Hatching Eggs, sourced from carefully selected, genetically diverse breeding stock. Known for their stunning feather coloration and reliable laying ability, Red Range quail are ideal for hobbyists, homesteaders, and breeders seeking high visual impact and steady egg output.

🪶 Why Choose Red Range Coturnix Quail?

  • Striking Feather Patterns: Deep red, mahogany, black, and rust tones make these birds stand out in any mixed flock.

  • Excellent Layers: Once mature, Red Range hens produce a reliable stream of small, flavorful eggs — perfect for kitchen use or home-based production.

  • Genetically Diverse & Hardy: This line has been selectively bred for both visual appeal and strong performance across various climates and setups.

  • Backyard & Farm Ready: Whether you're in an urban backyard or a rural facility, Red Range quail adapt well to different environments and housing styles.

📦 Product Includes:

  • Premium-quality fertile Red Range Coturnix quail eggs

  • Care and incubation instructions for optimal hatch results

  • Optional access to our online hatching course for beginner-to-advanced quail keepers

  • Eggs collected from well-managed, healthy breeding flocks in the Undique partner network

🐣 Incubation Quick Guide

  • Incubation Temp: 99.5°F

  • Humidity: 45–50% for days 1–14; increase to 65–70% during lockdown (last 3 days)

  • Incubation Period: ~17–18 days

  • Resting Time: Let eggs rest pointed end down for 12–24 hours before incubation

  • Note: Eggs are unwashed to preserve the natural bloom and protect embryo development

Hatch rates depend on incubator setup, egg handling, and conditions, and cannot be guaranteed — but starting with healthy, fertile eggs is the most important first step.

🌿 Best For:

  • Breeders seeking rare-colored Coturnix quail

  • Homesteaders looking for reliable egg layers

  • Poultry hobbyists wanting to add visual variety to their flock

  • Educators and project leaders who want to engage with a beautiful, productive bird

Do you offer local pickup?

We offer scheduled local pickup for pullets and adult hens in Arizona through meetups in cities like Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Globe, Waddell, and Tucson. We do not operate a walk-in retail store or farm tours. Baby chicks, hatching eggs and quail are raised at our Texas location and ship by mail.

What time of year can you ship baby chicks?

Because we ship from Texas rather than directly out of Arizona's hottest months, we can offer baby chicks most of the year with adjustments around extreme heat or cold. Peak chick season fills early, so it's smart to reserve your ship window in advance for the breeds you want even though we do have off-season availability.

Where are you located?

The Arizona location is near Globe, AZ, though we do not operate a store. It is our home and farm. The Arizona location manages our seasonally grown hen orders. The Texas farm is located near Tyler, TX. The Texas location manages our breeders, baby chicks and quail. We ship year round from our Texas farm supporting families around the US.
