Solve it once. Walk away with the plan, and the birds to run it on if you want them.

A bounded, private engagement with the specialist: one deep session on your flock, a written plan built for your birds, your climate zone, and the way you actually manage them, and a group of birds to put it into practice if birds are part of what you need. There is a finish line, and you own what comes out of it.

Exactly what you get

• A pre-call review — you send photos or video of the coop, run, waterers, and your feed labels. We study them before we talk, so the call is not spent gathering basics.
• A 60-minute 1:1 video call with Colwyn — your setup, your history, your goals, top to bottom.
• Your written flock plan within 2 business days — what to change and in what order, with numbers specific to your desert location: hours of light, protein percentage, amounts per bird, housing and shade, water and ventilation, and a season-by-season calendar.
• A 30-minute follow-up call at 6 weeks, once you have run the plan.
• Six weeks of business-hours email support, plus up to 3 phone calls inside that window.
• A group of birds included if you want them (one-time) — the physical piece of the service, so you are not buying a plan and then hunting for stock that fits it. Not everyone needs birds, and the price is the same either way.

Seats are limited

This tier is one specialist's calendar and one hatchery's capacity, so we take a limited number at a time. When the current group is full, you go on the next one.

When the birds ship

Chicks travel safely year-round and go out on the next release. Grown birds only move once daytime highs drop under 90 to 95, realistically October or November — we will not put a grown bird in a box we would not put our own in.

One-time, not ongoing, and that is the point

This tier exists to end the guessing in one engagement. Same expert time as Desert Flock Expert Service — VIP, different commitment. If what you actually want is someone on call all season, catching problems before they cost you birds, VIP is the honest recommendation, not this.
