Fast shipping got 5 healthy Black Astrolorps chicks to add to our flock!
They’re cute and it’s fun seeing them engage in their natural behaviors. We ordered six and got four. They haven’t laid yet, probably just need a little more time to settle.
They arrived with no issues and have developed into a happy little brood!

My peeps arrived on the early end of the scheduled window (hurrah!) and we’re heading into week three and every chick is looking good. My black sexlink chick is growing a tiny bit ahead of my barred rocks.
My first silkie in my flock of 10. I named her lemon and she is so sweet and adorable. Whenever I pick her up, she just snuggles up. I am very happy with all the chicks that I’ve gotten so far.
All of the quail arrived healthy. Some were missing some back feathers when they arrived. I suppose they got bored on their journey.
They are still doing well 1.5 weeks later.
The only thing I didn’t like was that they shipped 1 week before the shipping date I selected. Also, it would be nice to know the hatch date.
