   • Eggs are placed in the automatic egg turner trays, where they are gently rotated at timed intervals to mimic natural incubation.

   • This process continues for most of the incubation period, ensuring even development.

2. Lockdown & Hatching Stage (CT120H – Dedicated Hatcher Only)

   • Just before hatching (typically the last 2-3 days), eggs are transferred from the setter to the hatcher.
   • The vibration-free trays allow chicks to hatch undisturbed while the humidity and temperature remain precisely controlled.

3. Continuous Cycle for Maximum Efficiency
