This wet plucking machine combines quiet operation with efficient feather removal. The unit features 125 CMK4 turkey plucking fingers crafted from 100% natural rubber, strategically spiraled inside a 21" food-grade plastic drum. This configuration removes every feather from wing to tail without damaging the skin.

The food-grade plastic drum and CMK4 plucking fingers create a hygienic plucking environment, reducing contamination risk. The rust-proof construction eliminates corrosion concerns entirely.

Patented Motor Design - No Maintenance Required

Integrated Feather Chute System

The built-in feather chute allows feathers to flow directly from the drum. Connect a hose to wash feathers through the chute into a bucket or drain, keeping your workspace clean during processing.
