Hardy annual F1 Organic Hybrid. Large, football-shaped savoyed heads with overlapping leaves. Wide adaptability. Slow-bolting heads have a good, mild, sweet taste. Resistant to club root, fusarium, and downy mildew. Napa cabbage is a Chinese cabbage and can be eaten raw or cooked and is a favorite for pickling.
