I ordered 6 Celadon quail and all but one passed during the shipping process. I am very upset of the poor shipping process and don’t think I would ever buy from here again. Buy at your own risk.

These little girls are the friendliest in our flock! They love being held and aren’t scared of toddlers. Highly recommend this breed. Ours haven’t started laying yet but we are excited for when that happens!

We were a bit disappointed in the chickens we got. They were much smaller than we anticipated and we have had to put them in their own coop till they grow bigger to be in with the other chickens. We usually get our new chickens from a different vendor that has much more development than these. These are cute but little chicks and need to grow a lot.
I have been very pleased watching my chickies grow! They are healthy and happy. The hand off was amazing and when I thought I had accidently got a rooster, AZ Chickens was happy to work things out with me if need be. When I'm ready for more chickens, I will Definitely buy from them again!

Thank you for the wonderful service. Our white leghorn chicks were received happy and healthy and active. They arrived in CA one day after shipment and were safely packaged. We gave food, water, and heat immediately and 1.5 weeks later, they are super active, always hungry, and trying out their sprouting wing feathers. Between straw or hemp bedding, we find hemp to be the best. First of all, it’s tidier than straw. Since we have a small area for our coop, that is a nice thing. For the chickens it’s a nice thing, I’d imagine, as the claims that hemp helps controls odor must be true, as there just isn’t any to speak of! The 33lb bale of hemp bedding is conveniently delivered to our door.

I always have good experiences with Az Chickens. We buy Bresse chickens and quail chicks. We have averaged only one death per shipment, otherwise
they arrive healthy. We will continue to use Az Chickens to resupply our flock.
The delivery was on the slow side I got they adjusted to the others I had only lost one quail do to a pet bunny wanted to set on it but my bunny and the other quail from time to time seems to me that they are playing tag with the other birds and sometimes they play with the bunny
This will be my go to chicken site from now on, everything was perfect with the purchase, timing, and shipping. All of them arrived healthy and happy!
